Mouse Aim Turret Driver

Place this microchip on the parent grid of the turret. Given an occupied seat, it will convert the seated character's look direction into two angles for a pitch and yaw servo/rigid bearing. You may need to reorient the servos if the results seem 90 degrees off. Based on a QA-tester-who-shall-not-be-named's original circuit with a few modifications.
