Brickadia Planes Official Contest Rules and Legal Disclaimer

Introduction

By entering into the Brickadia Planes Contest (“Contest”), participant (“Participant”) agrees to abide by these Official Contest Rules and Legal Disclaimer and the decisions of Brickadia, LLC. (“Promoter”), such decisions which are final and binding in all respects.

Eligibility

Eligibility. The Contest is open solely to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, Canada, the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, and Switzerland who are at least eighteen (18) years of age and have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence at the time of entry. Residents of Quebec, Italy, Portugal, Russia, Belarus, and any country, territory, or region subject to applicable U.S. trade sanctions or where participation in the Contest is prohibited or restricted by law are not eligible. Entrants must have lawful access to Brickadia and an account capable of submitting an entry through the applicable in-game sharing functionality. Employees, officers, directors, and agents of Promoter or its affiliates, partners, agencies, and representatives, as well as their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children, and grandparents) and members of their household, are not eligible to participate. All applicable federal, state, provincial, local, and international laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Contest Period; Voting and Winner Selection

Contest Period. The Contest begins on November 7th, 2026 at 3:00 PM Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on November 25th, 2026 at 3:00 PM ET (the “Contest Period”). All entries must be properly submitted through the Brickadia Gallery before the end of the Contest Period to be eligible.

Brickadia Staff Winner. Following the close of the Contest Period, eligible entries will be reviewed by Brickadia staff based on the creativity, originality, quality, technical execution, and overall presentation of the submitted build. Brickadia staff will select one (1) entry as the Brickadia Staff Winner. Decisions of the judges are final and binding, subject to applicable law.

Community Choice Voting. Eligible Contest entries will also be available for public voting through the Brickadia Gallery from November 15th at 3:00 PM ET through November 25th at 3:00 PM ET (the “Voting Period”). Each Brickadia account may cast one (1) vote during the Voting Period. Contest entrants may participate in voting, including voting for their own entry.

The eligible entry receiving the greatest number of valid votes during the Voting Period will be selected as the Community Choice Winner. Promoter may disregard or remove votes that it reasonably determines resulted from bots, scripts, automated voting, multiple or fraudulent accounts, vote manipulation, coordinated attempts to circumvent voting limits, or other conduct inconsistent with the fair operation of the Contest.

Ties. If two or more entries receive the same number of valid votes for the Community Choice Winner, Brickadia staff will select the winner from among the tied entries using the judging criteria applicable to the Brickadia Staff Winner.

Separate Winners. An entrant may not win both the Brickadia Staff Winner Prize and the Community Choice Winner Prize for the same Contest. If the Brickadia Staff Winner also receives the highest number of valid Community Choice votes, the Community Choice Winner will be the otherwise eligible entry receiving the next-highest number of valid votes.

Announcement. The Brickadia Staff Winner and Community Choice Winner will be announced on or about November 29th, 2026 through Brickadia and/or such other official channels as Promoter may designate.

How to Enter

During the Contest entry period, eligible participants may enter by creating a build within Brickadia and submitting a gallery image of their build using Brickadia’s designated in-game share tool. No separate purchase or entry fee is required to participate; however, access to the Brickadia game is required in order to create and submit an eligible entry.

Each submission must depict a build created within Brickadia and must comply with Brickadia’s applicable rules, terms, community standards, and any additional Contest requirements announced by Promoter.

Unless otherwise stated by Promoter, each participant may submit one (1) entry per Contest. Multiple entries submitted in violation of the applicable entry limit may be disqualified. Entries submitted through automated means, scripts, bots, macros, or other fraudulent methods are void.

Promoter will not consider submissions that are fraudulent, incomplete, late, corrupted, inaccessible, inappropriate, infringing, or otherwise non-conforming, or submissions intended to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any person or entity.

Entrants may not submit builds or images that infringe the intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any third party. Promoter may disqualify any entrant or submission that Promoter reasonably determines violates these Official Rules or otherwise undermines the fairness or integrity of the Contest.

Eligibility and compliance with the Contest requirements will be determined by Promoter in its reasonable discretion.

Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Contest if fraud, technical failures, game or platform issues, unauthorized intervention, or any other circumstance materially affects the administration, security, fairness, or integrity of the Contest. If the Contest is terminated early, Promoter may select winners from eligible entries received before termination using a method reasonably consistent with these Official Rules.

Provision of Materials and Information/Intellectual Property

By entering the Contest, Participant represents and warrants that Participant has all rights and permissions necessary to create and submit the applicable entry and that the entry does not infringe or violate any applicable law or any third party’s intellectual property, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other rights. Participant further represents that any information provided in connection with the Contest, including information relating to eligibility, is true and accurate.

All Contest entries submitted through the Brickadia Services constitute “User Submissions” under the Brickadia Terms of Service and remain subject to the rights, licenses, restrictions, and other provisions applicable to User Submissions under those Terms. Nothing in these Official Rules is intended to limit, replace, or modify the rights and licenses previously granted to Brickadia under the Terms of Service.

Participant further grants Promoter permission to identify Participant by their Brickadia username and to display, feature, and promote Participant’s Contest entry in connection with the administration, promotion, and publicity of the Contest, including the announcement and promotion of winners, subject to applicable law.

Prizes; Selecting and Notifying Prize Winners

All prizes awarded in connection with the Contest consist solely of in-game Brickadia items or benefits. Prizes have no cash value, are not redeemable or exchangeable for cash, and may not be transferred, sold, or substituted except as expressly permitted by Promoter.

Receipt and use of any prize may require the winner to maintain an active Brickadia account and comply with Brickadia’s applicable terms and rules. Promoter is not responsible for a winner’s inability to receive or use a prize due to suspension, termination, loss, or incompatibility of the winner’s Brickadia account.

Chances of winning depend on the number and quality of eligible entries received and, as applicable, the judging criteria or Community Choice voting results.

Approximate Retail Value: $0.00. The Prize is an in-game digital item that is not offered for sale, cannot be redeemed for cash, and is non-transferable.[A1]

Promoter is not responsible for entries, votes, or other digital communications that are lost, delayed, corrupted, incomplete, misdirected, or otherwise not received due to technical failures, connectivity issues, platform interruptions, filtering, or other circumstances beyond Promoter’s reasonable control.

Promoter may require a potential winner to provide information reasonably necessary to verify the winner's identity, age, residence, eligibility, and Brickadia account.. Any potential winner will forfeit his or her Prize if he or she: (1) fails to respond in a timely fashion to any of Promoter’s requests for information or signatures with respect the Contest or the Prize; (2) cannot be reached at the information provided by such individual; (3) rejects the Prize; or (4) is disqualified from the Contest for any reason. In the event of any forfeiture hereunder, an alternate winner will be selected. Prize winners are solely responsible for all applicable: (1) federal, state, and local taxes; and (2) out-of-pocket expenses, associated with Prize acceptance and use. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed or substituted for cash or other merchandise at a winner's request. Promoter reserves the right to substitute an in-game prize of substantially similar nature if the advertised Prize becomes unavailable. Each winner is responsible for any taxes or expenses, if any, associated with acceptance or use of the Prize.

If the Brickadia Staff Winner forfeits the Prize, Brickadia staff will select an alternate using the applicable judging criteria. If the Community Choice Winner forfeits the Prize, the eligible entry receiving the next-highest number of valid votes will be selected.

Release

Subject to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, by entering into a Contest and potentially receiving a Prize, each Participant and winner agrees to release, discharge, and hold harmless Promoter, along with Promoter’s employees, officers, directors, affiliates, partners, agents and assigns, from and against any claim, cause of action, demand, or proceeding (each, a “Claim”), and any resultant loss, injury (including death), cost, expense, fee, fine, penalty, or other loss or expense of any kind, including attorneys’ fees (each, a “Loss”), relating to or arising directly or indirectly out of his or her participation in a Contest (or related activity such as a press release) or fully exploit any other right granted to it hereunder, and/or from Participant’s receipt, use, or misuse of any Prize, no matter how such Claim or Loss arises (including without limitation, if arising out of any damage to a Participant’s computer system from downloading or using material from Promoter’s (or an affiliate of Promoter’s) website).

Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT WILL PROMOTER, AND/OR PROMOTER’S PARENT, SUBSIDIARY, LICENSEES, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, ASSIGNS, AFFILIATES, OR RELATED COMPANIES (COLLECTIVELY WITH PROMOTER, THE “PROMOTER PARTIES”), BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOST PROFITS) ARISING OUT OF ANY PARTICIPANT’S PARTICIPATION IN THE CONTEST, THESE OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES, AND/OR ANY PARTICIPANT’S RECEIPT OF A PRIZE, NO MATTER UNDER WHAT THEORY ARISING, EVEN IF ANY PROMOTER PARTY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBLY OF SUCH DAMAGES. PROMOTER PARTIES’ ENTIRE LIABILITY WITH RESPECT TO: ANY PARTICIPANT’S PARTICIPATION IN THE CONTEST, THESE OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES, AND/OR ANY PARTICIPANT’S RECEIPT OF A PRIZE SHALL BE LIMITED TO $500. SOME JURISDICTIONS MAY NOT ALLOW THE AFOREMENTIONED LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS OF LIABILITY AND AS SUCH, THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. CHECK YOUR LOCAL LAWS FOR ANY RESTRICTIONS OR LIMITATIONS REGARDING THESE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS.

Privacy and Personal Information

Promoter may collect and process personal information provided by Participants in connection with the Contest as reasonably necessary to administer the Contest, verify eligibility, communicate with Participants, select and announce winners, deliver Prizes, prevent fraud or misuse, comply with applicable legal obligations, and exercise Promoter’s rights under these Official Rules. Personal information will be handled in accordance with Promoter’s Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws and may be disclosed to Promoter’s service providers, affiliates, and other parties as described in the Privacy Policy or as otherwise permitted or required by law. Participants may have certain rights regarding their personal information depending on their jurisdiction of residence, as further described in the Privacy Policy. For additional information regarding Promoter’s collection, use, disclosure, retention, international transfer, and protection of personal information, please review Promoter’s Privacy Policy at https://brickadia.com/privacy.

Dispute Resolution

The parties hereto acknowledge and agree as follows: (1) that all disputes, causes of action, and claims connected to or arising in any way hereunder between the parties shall be resolved solely on an individual basis (i.e., class actions suits are hereby waived by the parties), and exclusively by the state or federal courts situated in Orange County, Florida; (2) that the laws of the state of Florida shall govern, without regard to its conflict of laws principles; and (3) that the parties hereto waive any right to a trial by jury. Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in these Official Rules shall limit or deprive a Participant of any mandatory rights, remedies, protections, or forum rights that cannot lawfully be waived under the laws applicable in the Participant's jurisdiction of residence.
