Set Linear Velocity With Max Force

Sets the entity's linear velocity to the desired velocity, but if the change in velocity is too high then it only changes it part of the way to the desired speed. Has deltatime, meaning if there's lag it allows applying more force. Wire around the purple multiply gate if you don't want that. (yeah I know it's not technically max 'force' since idk the mass of the entity...)
