3 state selector microchip

if button 1 input triggers and state is 1, state becomes 0 else state becomes 1 if button 2 input triggers and state is 2, state becomes 0 else state becomes 2 compared to 3 state selector circuit i made a long time ago it features a special output that outputs value based on the current state, and the circuit is slightly diffirent, other than that it is exactly the same.
