An effect-controller for vehicles, that can accept an activation-command (also a "reset" command) via the vehicles entity-tag. 1. Set command-name and -time variables. 2. Connect TICK from a true branch of server-uptime exec and player-is-seated bool. 3. Connect TIME from server uptime. 4. Connect COMMANDS from get entity tag. 5. Connect the exec outputs as necessary. 6. Enable RESET switch and exec TICK once. 7. ??? 8. PROFIT!
