1711 Ice Planet Scooter

Little dinky ass little thing. This also apparently has 2 other set numbers, 3014 and 1731. Don't think there's any difference in build between them though I wish prefabs had comments, because I'd love to ask what theme I should tackle after finishing all the Ice Planet sets. I could do Rock Raiders, but getsetbuilds is already kind of doing that, and it'd feel weird to be "competing" against them for title of "most accurate set recreation" prefabs. I'd love to do Insectoids but there's so many curved elements that just haven't been remade yet that it might be impossible rn
