Speaker Tuner Tool (string to pitch multiplier)
String to pitch multiplier converter, supports notes C1-C8 This is meant to be used to more easily set Synths or other SFX to specific musical notes. I made it for myself but hopefully this can help others too! Enter the note name into the Var string value (eg Bb3, C#2, A5, e6, fb4) (flat symbol is a lowercase b) and then the pitch multiplier will be output from the microchip. Click the variable brick to preview the pitch If it says "err" you either typed something wrong or typed a note out of range (C1-C8) You can open up the microchip and change the pitch standard if needed, by default it is set to 440hz. The main use of this is if the sample sound at 1.0 pitch multipler is something other than A4, like one of the beep one shot sfx.
